Our Terms of Service
- Any prices given by us are a guide only; the final price will depend on the dogs coat condition/Behaviour.
- A very knotted/matted coat will need more work and incur an additional charge.
- Also any dogs with fleas or becomes aggressive throughout the groom will also be charged additionally as assistance will be needed in order to carry out the groom.
- Any dog that becomes particularly stressed throughout the groom we will not push the dog we believe in humanity before vanity.
- We reserve the right to refuse or end a groom early if a dog becomes severely distressed or presents a danger to themselves or any member of staff.
